Returns and Exchanges Policy for Yesterdaytime
Thank you for shopping with Yesterdaytime. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, please review our return and exchange policy below:
Returns:
- You may return items within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

Return Process:
- Contact us to request a return authorization.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include a copy of the receipt or order confirmation.
- Send the package to the address provided during the return authorization process.
Return Shipping:
- Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, incorrect, or defective.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed within 2 days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges:
- To exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the preferred item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days with photos of the issue for a prompt resolution.
